Refund policy


If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we’ll be happy to take the goods back so long as they are In original condition, unwashed and unworn, in the original packaging and they still have the labels attached.

We don't accept:

* Worn Items (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc.)
* Washed or Stained Items
* Items covered in Human or Animal Hair
* Items with Tags removed

* Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Returns cannot be accepted after 14 days. Sorry.

Returns are processed within 3 working days of us receiving the goods back. This may take longer to process your return at Christmas or Bank Holidays.

Please allow up to a 3-5 working days for refunds to show on your account. We’ll refund you by the same method as payment.

We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded and recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return the items in case of product loss. If you are returning the item because it is faulty or we have made a mistake or sent you the wrong product to what had been ordered, then we will be more than happy to refund any postage costs to the original card it was paid on.


If you would like to exchange an item please contact us to tell us about your purchase and which item you would like to exchange it for. If your return item is in its original condition on receipt of return then we will refund you for that item in the same method it was purchased, you will then need to reorder your correct item from the website in the normal way.

RETURN INFORMATION: Please ensure all return packages are sent back recorded delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. Or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we will advise of how to send the item back 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should contact us with an order number requesting a refund/return and explanation as to why you require the refund/return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
